Deposit Policy:
- 50% of session total is due at the time of booking.
- Deposits are not transferrable or refundable.*

Consultation Policy:
- Consultations are OPTIONAL.
- Consultations are $50. This is NOT included nor go towards session total.
- Consultations will be held via Zoom. Please have Zoom downloaded prior to your consultation. A 2 minute grace period is given to allow you time to join the meeting.

Late Policy:
- Customers who are ten (10) minutes late will incur a $25 fee.
- Customers who are twenty (20) minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
- Being late may impact your total session time.

Cancellation Policy:

- Deposits are non transferrable and non refundable.
-There is a $25 rescheduling fee.

-If you no call no show you will be charged full price for your scheduled session and will not be able to book in the future. If you can not make your appointment it is important to send us an email to let us know.
